MULTI PRIME - SB Solvent Based Bitumen Primer | Quick Drying
Details
Ensure structural adhesion integrity with NextDay MULTI PRIME - SB, a high-performance, solvent-based bitumen primer formulated for rapid concrete surface preparation. This quick-drying black liquid primer is designed to penetrate deeply into porous concrete capillaries, binding residual micro-dust particles and sealing surface imperfections. Acting as the essential anchoring layer, it maximizes adhesion bond strength prior to installing torch-applied bituminous waterproofing membranes or self-adhesive sheet membranes. Engineered to satisfy rigid civil engineering demands across UAE construction sites, MULTI PRIME - SB offers quick-cure properties even in humid coastal areas, dramatically reducing application downtime. It forms a secure, non-tacky matrix that blocks moisture migration and prevents membrane delamination or blistering under harsh solar exposure.
